Slough man charged with 34 car crime offences

A man appeared in Slough Magistrates’ Court on 15/1, charged with 34 thefts and attempted thefts from motor vehicles.

Asid Hussain, aged 30, of St. Johns Road, Slough, was charged on 14/1 with 11 thefts and 23 attempted thefts from motor vehicles, which occurred at various locations across Slough*, mainly hotel car parks, between 3 December 2009 and 13 January 2010.

Amongst the Slough items stolen were Sat Navs, cash, mobile phones and chargers, a wallet/bank cards, a stereo, sunglasses and some rubber gloves.

Hussain was remanded in custody to appear before Slough Magistrates’ Court next Friday (22/1) via video link.
