Serious Slough injury collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision that occurred on Sunday (12/7) in The Green, Chalvey, Slough.

At around 7.37pm a 4-year-old Slough boy was standing on the pavement with his family when he entered the road and a silver car ran over his leg. The car did not stop at the scene.

The boy was taken to Wexham Park Hospital with leg injuries.

Slough PC Jonathan Conning, who is investigating the collision, said: “It is quite possible that the driver of the car involved was not aware of what happened. I would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed the incident to please get in touch.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Conning at Taplow Roads Policing base via 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to talk to police or leave your name, please contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
