Serious Slough assault

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Slough.

At around 12.15am on Thursday (12/11) a man was walking along the footpath that runs from Weeks Drive Park to the residential areas of Haig Drive and Bader Gardens in Cippenham, Slough when a group of four men approached him and assaulted him.

The man sustained injuries, believed to be from a knife, and was taken to Wexham Park Hospital for treatment.

Slough Ch Insp Dave Parker, said: “The men are all white and were wearing baseball caps and were last seen running away after the assault took place.

“I appeal to anyone who might have seen some suspicious activity in the area to come forward.”
