Manrose Manufacturing continues to go from strength to strength. Already Britain’s fastest growing manufacturer of domestic ventilation fans and equipment with over 600 items in the product range, Manrose continues to lead the way in practical, innovative and cost-effective ventilation solutions.
Supporting this expansion is the company’s new, purpose-built 4000m² factory and warehouse in Reading, accompanied by a £500,000 investment in injection moulding plant. Sixteen state-of-the-art machines have enabled the in-house production of a new family of fans which has recently been completed with the introduction of the 12′ model.
In addition the extended warehousing, supplementing the existing 2800m² premises, enables the company to hold around four weeks of stock ready for next day delivery. This is backed by a refinement of the route to market, with a firm commitment to the trade and a huge investment in advertising and point of sale materials.
Underlying the company’s phenomenal growth is a philosophy that puts the customer in the driving seat and provides a fast, flexible response to the ever changing needs of specifiers and contractors – as well as those of their customers. Since the launch of the company’s first product, a 4′ bathroom fan, the Manrose research and development team has continued to listen to what customers say and to develop new and innovative products to address those requirements.
The Manrose range of 100mm (4′) Bathroom/ Toilet Fans incorporates the latest technology and design and offers the most comprehensive range with the widest choice of options and variations.
The XF/XP/WF120 range of 120mm (5′) bathroom/ toilet fans are quiet, efficient axial flow extractor fans for wall or ceiling mounting.
The Manrose range of 150mm (6′) Kitchen Fans comprises quiet, efficient, axial flow fans for wall, ceiling or window mounting. Designed for easy installation, attractively styled in high gloss ABS thermoplastics for modern appearance and ease of cleaning and incorporating the latest technology and design.
The CF200 range incorporates the latest technology and design in a powerful but very quiet centrifugal fan. This new range is fitted with a backward curved centrifugal impeller for a large airflow against the high pressures caused by longer lengths of ducting and resistance by grilles. Ideally suited for common or flat duct installations.
The Manrose range of 230mm (9′) extractor fans is suitable for window or wall mounting and cover a wide variety of domestic and commercial applications including kitchens, utility rooms, pubs, restaurants, offices, shops and factories.
The WF300 is designed for window mounting and can also be wall mounted using our wall mounting fixing kit. The WF300 has three models in its range. The basic model with fixed louvres, the manual model with internal pullcord operated backdraught shutters and the automatic model with thermo-activated internal shutters which open silently and automatically when the fan is switched on
