Slough Library will be running interactive sessions for children to get involved in learning with their parents or carers throughout April.
The Slough sessions are suitable for children aged three years and above, accompanied by parents or carers, and will take place on the following Saturdays:
* April 4 to 18 – language fun sessions using computers and books at the learn centre, from 1pm to 3pm. Languages included will be French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish
* April 25 – Polish story and music time at the children’s library, from 1pm to 2pm
* May 2 – French story and music time at the children’s library, from 1pm to 2pm
Tracy Briggs, family learning librarian for Slough Borough Council, said: “These family sessions are a great way to get adults and children alike involved with fun, interactive learning and will help parents enjoy reading with their children.
“I’d encourage families to come along and join in the fun.”
