About us:
I practise both Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
I was professionally trained at the Oxford School of Reflexology and am a Member of The Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is excellent for boosting the immune system and for re-balancing all the body systems.
It is wonderfully relaxing and excellent for helping with the following:
stress and stress-related conditions, anxiety, insomnia, menstrual problems,circulatory disorders, sinusitis, constipation, digestive disorders, headaches, migraines, depression and many more conditions.
Indian Head Massage is relaxing, energy giving and both calming and re-vitalising. It is excellent for helping with eye-strain, sinus congestion, headaches and migraines and for stimulating the scalp and nourishing the hair.
My practice is in Burnham. Being on the edge of both Berkshire and Buckinghamshire it is in easy reach of Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Taplow, Bourne End, Beaconsfield, Cookham and Farnham Common.
