<p>Swipe are a Slough Charity running Music Lessons and Projects for young people.<br />Swipe give free lessons to young people in Guitar, Drums, Steel Pan, Violin.<br />We are giving young musicians vocalists and bands of all styles the opportunity and facilities to record and rehearse for free.<br />We give free vocal coaching to young people.</p>
<p>We are teaching members of the community the art of playing Steel  Pans and through this have developed Panachea the Slough Community Steel Band.<br />We go out into the community creating performance opportunities around Slough for people of all ages and styles and put on showcase events band nights and jam sessions.</p>

<p>Music for Slough aims to provide high quality and diverse music-making opportunities for 0-18 year olds in Slough, targeting young people in social, economic or educational need who might otherwise lack opportunity to make music.</p>
<p>Music for Slough works across a wide range of ways to make music, including music technology, DJ/MC skills, vocal skills, song creating, music production, band development, traditional and acoustic instruments.</p>
<p>Music for Slough works with young people from a wide variety of backgrounds, delivering projects in a range of settings including; youth centres, after school clubs, Sure Start centres, arts venues, with Young People at Risk and in Special needs settings. </p>
