I started playing the piano at the age of Eight. I studied music at the Conservatoire in Korea and UK. I’ve been teaching a piano since 1987.

Learning to play the piano is Fun and challenge.
From 5-year-olds to adults (your own home / at my place).
Currently my pupils are from local schools.

Bass tuition available. I teach both double bass and electric basses.

We can work together to discover what is the best method of learning to suit you and your musical ambitions.

From absolute beginner to professional standard, I can cover all styles of music; from classical training on upright bass to jazz & latin, rock, funk and pop styles. I work with the ABRSM grades system for classical double bass if you want to work towards a recognized certificate.

Lessons are available either from my home or I can travel to you, whichever is easiest.

Justin Swadling is a professional saxophonist and instrumental teacher providing music lessons to Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor. Justin directly draws from his playing experience to offer high quality teaching on Saxophone and Clarinet for beginners through to advanced improvisers, making him a versatile teacher for all abilities and age groups.

Justin’s teaching and playing knowledge can help a student not only become highly competent on their instrument but also tackle the many other areas of musicianship including; stage craftsmanship, performance anxiety, music theory and advanced improvisational techniques. Justin has experience preparing students for a variety of concert recitals and graded examinations and strives to tailor each lesson to a students personal needs ensuring a flexible teaching style.
Away from teaching Justin performs all around the UK and internationally having won numeral awards including “The Jazz Award 06” and “Woodwind Player of the Year 07” at The London College of Music during his time at the college.

Justin operates a mobile teaching service and standard teaching rates apply upon enquiry. Justin has experience teaching Jazz and Classical ABRSM grade material though this is not a standard base for his teaching and it should be noted that Justin currently holds a valid CRB check.

Andrew Eggleton – qualified piano teacher skilled at teaching all ages and abilities, beginner to advanced. I offer personalised piano lessons at a competitive hourly rate.

For adults lessons can take place either at their own home locations or they can come to me if they prefer.

Piano lessons for children will take place using their own piano in their home. For very young children I am able to agree individual lesson duration and pricing I believe that learning to play the piano should be a pleasure.

I encourage my pupils to play music that they enjoy and, although I think it is important to take piano exams, I dont consider it a necessity. The main thing is to play for pleasure.
