from fully managed services to ad hoc support
mechanical installations:
Cooltech can undertake a full design and build installation package for mechanical services on major projects for new build or refurbishment work. Alternatively clients can choose from site-specific stage managed refurbishment projects.
Cooltech specialises in Heating, Gas, Cooling, Ventilation, and Clinical services to suit most commercial and industrial applications. Project values can range from £10k to £1m. Where required we can offer continued service capability for the duration of these projects.

Cooltech can provide power generation and distribution in all its forms. From HV to Mains LV intake rooms, power factor correction and uninterruptable power supply units. Building services power distribution and motor control centres. We can instal sub-distribution circuits for small power and lighting. Cooltech are an approved NIC EIC contractor and will issue commissioning and completion certificates for all electrical works undertaken.

This executive room temperature display panel provides accurate control with back lit LCD readout. The CMC1015 can be linked to the ‘house’ BMS system to display further data functions.
