Tender and contract documentation is prepared utilising the latest computerised techniques.

Project Management:

All Project Management services are specifically designed to meet individual client requirements including the establishment of client’s objectives, project scope, budget and programming constraints.

Development and construction programmes can be prepared, co-ordinated and monitored.

Expertise is available for the preparation of Development appraisals and Procurement strategies.

Project reporting and meeting strategies will be implemented and managed through out the life of a project.

Specialist management services on behalf of Registered Social Landlords can be provided, from the procurement of land-led opportunities through negotiated and partnered work to traditional tendering.

Planning Supervision:

All aspects of Health and Safety relating to project design and initial planning are co-ordinated to avoid and reduce risk.
