We sent the first VAT report in September. I use SAGE Instant for the accounting work. At present., there are 5 employees, but I intend to recruit more 2-3 persons within six months. By the end of the next year, I intend to hire total 12-15 employees. Our first year’s turnover is estimated to be GBP200 K. So far we have no stock of the products, sales credit, etc., and our revenues/expenses are very simple. The accounting services which we require are : 1. Calculating monthly payroll for our staff members 2. Preparing the annual financial statements 3. Checking VAT report to be issued by SAGE Instant 4.
