Dear Sir/madam
We are a Japanese software company locating in the center of Slough. Now we are looking for a company which can provide the accounting service for us.
Our company was established in March, 2011, and all tax registration procedures have been completed. We sent the first VAT report in September. I use SAGE Instant for the accounting work. At present., there are 5 employees, but I intend to recruit more 2-3 persons within six months. By the end of the next year, I intend to hire total 12-15 employees. Our first year’s turnover is estimated to be GBP200 K. So far we have no stock of the products, sales credit, etc., and our revenues/expenses are very simple.
The accounting services which we require are :
1. Calculating monthly payroll for our staff members
2. Preparing the annual financial statements
3. Checking VAT report to be issued by SAGE Instant
4. Checking the monthly accounting data inputted to SAGE Instant by us
5. Consultation by tel /e-mail
